Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "bbje" or "Platform" refers to the bbje.lat website and all services under it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses services from this platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered in the user's name.
• "Gaming Services" refers to slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and all other interactive gaming products provided by bbje.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to funds granted as part of a promotional offer, which must meet specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the betting conditions imposed on bonus funds.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use gaming services on the bbje platform. You may be asked to submit valid proof of age at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration — name, address, phone number, payment details — must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, bbje support must be notified immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bbje is ৳100. We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

A verification process will be completed before the deposit amount is credited to your account. bbje reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit request.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Completing identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal is mandatory.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

To withdraw funds earned from bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be met. As an example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 (15×) in bets — this calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit plus bonus.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn after the wagering conditions have been met.
• bbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse through fraudulent activity is found, the account will be terminated and the bonus forfeited.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry periods; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

User Code of Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbje platform:

• Unauthorized use of another user's account or information.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the gaming system or software.
• Using bots, auto-clickers, or other automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users by sharing cards or bets to manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you detect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

VIP Program & Cashback

bbje has four VIP tiers, awarded based on a user's activity on the platform:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts are credited to the account at the end of each week. bbje reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, and the tier structure at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

Platform Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

bbje makes reasonable efforts to ensure 24/7 service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen events. bbje accepts no liability for compensation in such circumstances.

7.2 Technical Errors

bbje reserves the right to correct any balance, winnings, or bonus amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. bbje also reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of such errors.

7.3 Third-Party Software

bbje's gaming services use software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). bbje is not directly responsible for any errors or issues in these providers' software.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy

8.1 bbje's Rights

bbje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information.
• Use of an account by a minor.

8.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your own account at any time. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. If you wish to restrict your account for responsible gaming reasons, contact bbje support.

Dispute Resolution Process

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully effective. These Terms are prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
